The balcony here belongs to the bedroom, not the living room: a door leads from the bed straight outside, which changes how the morning starts. This modernised 2-room apartment at Pflügerstraße 22 is fully furnished and livable from day one. A generous hallway with built-in storage takes suitcases and coats, and warm wood tones and a calm beige palette run through every room.

The bedroom holds a 1.80 m double bed, a large wardrobe, a desk at the window and a 4K smart TV. The second room is the quiet one, with a sofa and open shelving – on 51 m² a real second room, and one that works just as well as a study or a guest room.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, with space for a proper dining table; dishwasher and washing machine are included. The bathroom is modern, with an elegant shower. Fast wifi and smart home controls are running from the first day, and bed linen, towels and crockery are all there. The apartment is let for stays of three to twelve months, with city registration at this address.

• Reuterkiez: Reuterplatz and Weserstraße around the corner

Pflügerstraße runs off Reuterplatz, right in the middle of the Reuterkiez. Cafés, bakeries, bars and small shops line Weserstraße around the corner, and supermarkets for daily needs are a short walk away. The Maybachufer along the Landwehrkanal, with its market on Tuesdays and Fridays, is about ten minutes on foot, and Görlitzer Park roughly the same. Reuterplatz itself is the green, quieter middle of it all.

From Reuterplatz everything is quick in every direction: Hermannplatz (U7/U8) is around eight minutes on foot and Schönleinstraße (U8) about ten – both take you into Kreuzberg and the centre without changing. Rathaus Neukölln (U7) is a good ten minutes away, and bus lines M41 along Sonnenallee and M29 at Kottbusser Damm round things off.
